We can only fetch you the details of the total number of seats available per course of a university or a college and cannot tell about the real-time status of the seats that are lying vacant and also for that matter I believe the course you are referring to is BBA and not BFA as there is no such course in Amity University, Haryana.

The placement eligiblity depends from company to company. But nowadays almost all companies allow students only with more than 60% in class 10 and 12th. And the college authorities can't do anything in these matters. 

The only thing you can do is that you should apply for off campus placements as many companies don't keep eligibility in their off campus placements. 

Dear student, you have the option of choosing the upgradation option in Uttarakhand counselling. You can avail the facility of this option if you are not satisfied with the seat you have got in the current counselling round. With this you will be allowed to take part in the further counselling process without cancelling your seat in the current allotted college.

• Reservation based on category, home state quota and Kashmiri migrants
• 90% seats are reserved for uttarakhand domicile.

So there is no special reservation for ex servicemen.

The eligibility criteria to sit in campus placement for above-mentioned companies like Google, Facebook, Microsoft and any other tech giants will be around 7 to 7.5 not more than that, in some IITs, these companies keep 6 CGPA as the cut-off.

The above companies usually prefer the students from Computer science, Mathematics and Computing, Electronics and Communication Engineering. But few companies don’t care about your branch but just your coding skills matter the most

The above companies are a product based so they don’t much concentrate on CGPA they just want you to be very tough in programming knowledge for Software roles

The main thing to get placed in the top company is your profile this means usually these type of companies picks up the students from IIT/NIT/IIIT and few reputed colleges. (Pick up in the sense these institutions students will have more opportunities but not guaranteed he/she will be get placed in these companies)

It does not mean that a student from normal colleges will not get placed it is that a student from normal engineering college should work hard more than an IITian,NITian or BITsian.
