With this JEE main score you won't get a seat in any government colleges for engineering. Actually all the seats get filled filled at around 50 k. But your rank is too high. Also your reservation category won't be of any help here. So please go for some good private engineering colleges like Sharda, Manipal, SRM etc. You can visit this link for more information about some of the best private engineering colleges in India

With a score of 363 I'm SC category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 343 was required to fetch one a seat in the Tezpur medical college, Tezpur in SC category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection

If I go by the previous year stats and assume that you are from general category then chances of you getting into any medical college are mild.but if you are from a reserved category (sc,st)then you do have some chances on getting admission in one of the private medical colleges in tripura(with the help of state qouta).For much more detailed information browse the following link.it might help you:

Your board marks is very low .
Elligiblity criteria for Jee advance is minimum 75%marks required for cbse board .
For other board you should in top 20 percentile of respective board .
If you are from cbse board then you are not elligible and if you are from other board then you should check for top 20 percentile .

In lectures you will not be allowed to sit. But in placement session you can sit with any branch students if you have required skills and eligible for that comapany. Outside the lecture room you can hang out with anybody Stream/ Branch or anything doesn't matter.

Yes, you can definitely sit for both JOSAA and NEET (2019) as both are different from each other.However, there are many points to be kept in mind , some of them are mentioned below. They are:-
1. You should be clear enough about the career you are going towards.
2. There should be no clashing of dates and you should able to manage.
3. If you are deciding on the basis of marks and good colleges and getting them through NEET2019 then you may go to medical college.
4. If you are ready to give your life to studies, then go for medical as doctors require a lot of degrees to maintain and succeed in their profession which is very tough / if not then go for engineering(will also require dedication).
5. If you can imagine yourself waking up in the middle of night for treating patients(shifts) and are helpful to the core of heart, go for medical / if not go for engineering.
6. If you are going for private college then its not worth as it is costlier than engineering colleges.
NOTE: The decision is up to you and you are the only one responsible for any decision and as per the above points,they may differ from person to person.

It's great you got a college which has high facilities in every scope. You missed your question here. What was your question you missed it to write.
As you tagged for IIIT banglore, you might be wanting to take an admission in IIIT. Sure you can apply for it. If you have stat quota then it will help you to get an admission. But IIIT Banglore is for M.tech which is a 5 year course.
you can joing for IMtech only for that your rank should be enough high and 5000 is a very high rank.

There are a total of 230 seats under BA LLB course. Out of these, there is 27% reservation for OBC category. According to central policies, only non creamy layer OBC candidates are eligible to apply for this reservation.
