It is difficult to predict the College since the official cutoff was not yet released by national testing agency NTA.it is released on the month of April.

If you to predict the rank by percentile use this below formula:

You are eligible to take the CLAT entrance test even if you are attempting the 12th boards exams in the same year. To be eligible to take admission through CLAT you need to score an aggregate of atleast 45% marks in 12th boards after your boards result are out

As we know the number of attempts for jEE mains is 3 and number of attempts for JEE advance is 2 .
Firstly, you should clear jEE mains then only you are eligible for JEE advance. As you said you appeared for mains in January.
