Hello Devendra,

The admission process in complete in almost all colleges. As per your query regarding the Seemant Institute of Technology, Pithoragarh which accepts applicants only through JEE Main via UKSEE counselling.

If you had taken the entrance exam for UPSEE/JEE Main, you could have applied for University Institute of Engineering and Technology CSJMU, Kanpur. But, the last date of applying for direct admission was yesterday (July 30th, 2018) and counselling was held today.

If you still wish to apply to UIET, Kanpur we would recommend you to kindly contact the college directly and confirm from the admission department.

Else, you would be left with only one option of taking the admission in the Private colleges.

Feel free to comment below for any further assistance.

All the best!!

Hi Saurabh,

the only way to answer this question is to check out last year cut off and to see up to which level it reduces

also you can take a COLLEGE PREDICTOR of your choice to see whether you can take admission in the same

all the best to you

I hope this helps

All the best to you

hey Rama Dey Bud

it is not possible to determine your chances without having a base or idea for parameters involved kindly revert with the same or apply to the counselling process to know your chances

Hello,
Number of seats available for admission is not displayed in most of the colleges but you can contact the college authorities for this information.
Good luck.

Hello Arya,

By applying for upgradation your present seat will be lost only if you get a new allotment. In case you didn't get any updated allotment then you will be continuing with the previously allotment college/branch.

Well the chances are a bit rough though this year's cutoffs aren't out yet but if we look at previous year results then your rank should be below 20k to get electrical branch as it is one of the core branch in engineering hence its cutoffs are high. But there are some possibilities of you getting other branches in the college that comparatively have low cutoffs
You can yourself check the exact cutoffs of 2017 by going though this link.

Hope it helps

Based on this rank you might have the chance to get a seat in the colleges like The Oxford College of Engineering, Bangalore, Ballari Institute of Technology and Management, Bellary, PES Institute of Technology and Management, Shimoga etc. You can also use KCET college predictor tool to know your chances.
