Hi,
Both of them are private institutions and have excellent academic history but I suggest to prefer DSC. The rankings of DSC is better and the college is offering great chances of recruitments especially for b tech students. NMIT is also good. You can always go through the official websites to understand the perks of being in that colleges. Hope this helps. All the best.
Hey,
I guess according to the information which I have about both the colleges, you should go for NMIT for CSE as it has more skillful professors and also very helpful. The placement percentage for CSE branch at NMIT is also around 100%.The highest package offered till date is 18lpa in 2016 and almost every year it ranges around 14-15 lpa.the average is 4-5 lpa for CSE.
Whereas, the highest package offered for CSE in RNSIT is 12lpa and average is 3lpa.
Hope this information will help you to choose the best one out for you.
Good luck.

Hello
To go from branches like IS/CS/ECE to a core branch like Mech/ Civil/ Aero is relatively easy, you’d just need a fairly decent CGPA by the end of year 1.
For the reverse, it gets a bit harder— you’d need a fairly good CGPA but not an extraordinaly good one to transfer into anything other than CSE. I suppose anything around a high 8 is a good bet.
To go to CSE, you’d need a 9+, and even then, the exact number would depend on how good the others who’d want to, as well, are.
You do need to pay additionally in the name of branch change fees. A successful transfer will get you to the other side of the building roughly after 1st internals of the 3rd semester.
Thankyou.

Our college provides good infrastructure for both academics and hostel. Classrooms are spacious and equipped with smart boards, while the labs are well-maintained with high-speed internet and updated software for practical learning. Library has a wide collection of books and digital resources.
We have very good infrastructure without a civil department, having well-equipped labs and machinery. Hostel facility is good but not great and the quality of food in mess is good with many varieties and the canteen price is quite expensive. We have well-equipped medical assistance. NITTE is a very good supportive of sports and games
Teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They share emerging knowledge with the students, which is understandable and very effective. The course curriculum is relevant, but it goes away with some subjects that are not required. Semester exams are a bit difficult in order to maintain the respective pattern and level of exams. Pass percentage is about 30 to 35%.
