May be you are have not enough marks to alloted in higher preference so thats why you alloted the same choice. May be you will be alloted in next round. If you got your fav. option then just choose freeze option.

Yes, you can get admission in the colleges that you have mentioned. You can also try in ABES and GCET you have a chances of getting a seat.

Getting cse is tough but you can get anywhere else as many students don't take admission..

If I score 148 marks in upsee and 52%in pcm in 12 and 65.8%in 12 aggregate then I am able to take admission in your college

The chances are a bit rough as you didn't scored very good marks in the exam and with these marks you'll get a rank around 90k-100k if you belong to general category, but you might get admission in further rounds of counseling however getting the core branches difficult.
