As I have researched a lot on both of these colleges so according to me I guess you should go for NIET greater noida over GNIOT as because of the following points:-

1) faculty-the faculties are more helpful and skilled in niet than gniot.

Hey dear, niet and gniot are both private universities and both are located at greater noida. So, there is not much difference between the two regarding placements, reason being thier year of establishment is also same i.e 2001. Therefore, the overall experience of teaching in both the colleges are same.
