The aim of Computer department is to produce quality computer professionals who will be capable enough to adapt with the changing world demands and contribute to the growth of computing & allied industry. It has Moodle online platform. The Department conducts regular online test through its online platform. The Department has training & placement cell that conducts software development training on PHP, MySQL, Oracle, Android, Big Data etc.

Whereas, NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur is located in Durgapur city. The vision of department of Computer is to prepare the students with the basics of engineering, computer science, problem-solving, computing environment, Data structure & Algorithms, C, Python, Operating Systems, Architecture, hardware and software engineering, Networking, Security, etc. for superior careers in IT/ ICT and all other industries and services at the global level.
