Dear Preet, if it is regarding a seat under Management Quota, you should contact the Administration of PSIT. Your current college might have some regulations about leaving your college. But the best thing to do is to reach out to the Administration.

see you can get admission in psit either by upsee score or jee main score. 

however if you have not taken part in either of the counselling process than if there is management quota availble you can get admission by it. see if there is vacant seat sometimes

As per the academics are concerned it is a good college, the faculty of the college is good and helpful.

The attendence criteria is very strict and is set it 90% which is very high(normally colleges require 75%) and you will be fined if you are unable to maintain
