PSIT Kanpur has a medical centre to offer 24 hrs medical facility. The medical centre offers quality health care by qualified MBBS doctor, healthcare assistant and nurses. The institute offers 24 hrs ambulance service as well for any kind of emergency.

PSIT Kanpur has a modern and electronically powered gym with a multi-station and workout station.

PSIT Kanpur has a central library with a digital library as a part. The library has several computer modes which are embedded for students and teachers to access soft reference material. The library is well-stocked with 65,000 books covering almost every subject. The compilation of books are available in the discipline of engineering, management studies, pharmacy and computer applications.

PSIT Kanpur sports area include a basketball court, football ground, badminton court and indoor games such as Table-Tennis, Carrom, Pool and more. There is a cricket practice pitch with boundary nets, halogen lights and more.

PSIT Kanpur is interconnected through a highly secured PSIT Virtual Private Network, where over 1400 nodes are connected to the internet through DS3 (44.73 Mbps) leased lines while 10 Hi-End servers power the PSIT network.

PSIT Kanpur has air-conditioned multipurpose auditoriums. PSIT had three Central auditoriums with a seating capacity of 1300, 250 and 200 respectively.

PSIT Kanpur laboratories are divided on the basis of departments. The departmental-laboratories include Computer lab, Electrical Engineering lab, Electronics and Communication lab, IT Engineering lab, Civil Engineering lab, Pharmacy lab and Robotics lab.
