Well with nearly 18k rank chances of JSS, AKG, Galgotia,IMS Ghaziabad Etc. are very less but there are fair chances that you can get into ABES, G.L. Bajaj or some any other good college.

Instead Of UPTU You can also take admission in Amity University , Galgotia University
