Hi Rahul,
The hostel fees at RV College of Engineering for new entrants through COMED-K quota is about Rs 95k to 1 lakh per annum, including mess fees for vegetarian food. This fees applies to all students at RVCE (both Karnataka and non-Karnataka) obtaining admission through COMED-K. Hostel accommodation will be provided on seats availability on first come basis. The above fees is for boys' hostel.
Hope it helps.

Hello dear student,
If you have these two option then I will suggest you to definitely go for NIT Patna for your bachelors in computer science. Studying from NIT and IIT puts an extra feather in your cap and the placement rate is also great in these colleges with respect to the other colleges of engineering
Thank you
Hey Abhishek,
COMEDK cutoff depends upon level of difficulty of the exam, cutoff trends of previous years, total number of candidates who applied for the exam and availability of seats in the participating institutes. Based on previous year's cutoff trends, it seems difficult to get a seat for CSE in RVCE, since the cutoff was around 417 rank. Though if you had Hyderabad-Karnataka reservation, then the cutoff was around 2529. But it seems like you may have a chance at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore for CSE, which is another top engineering college in the region.

When I graduated, the ECE building was falling apart. The library was understocked as well. I see they've made improvements recently so its better now. The Wifi was unreliable and the gym was subpar. The labs were well stocked though. The food used to be good in my first year but declined along the way.
Infrastructure is great with advanced labs, smart classes, and good speed Wi-Fi. Library is among the best regarding offering great resources to students of technology. The hostels are comfortable, but private rooms near campus are also preferred
Good, All departments have their own individual building this making it more spacious. The college boasts a well-maintained infrastructure with modern classrooms equipped with smart boards, a spacious and well-stocked library, dedicated labs for each department featuring updated equipment, and a large, well-maintained sports ground, providing ample opportunities for both academic pursuits and extracurricular activities
