The hostel fees at RV College of Engineering for new entrants through COMED-K quota is about Rs 95k to 1 lakh per annum, including mess fees for vegetarian food. This fees applies to all students at RVCE (both Karnataka and non-Karnataka) obtaining admission through COMED-K. Hostel accommodation will be provided on seats availability on first come basis. The above fees is for boys' hostel.

For Girls

The hostel fees range between 20K to 79K such as

MS ramaiha college also offers hostel facilities with three rooms, two rooms and one room sharing and price will vary according to room you will choose .

For Karnataka state candidates -Rs. 601600 for four years.

For non Karnataka candidates - Rs. 607600 for four years.

For outside country candidates -Rs. 647600 for four years.

As you are non Karnataka student, then you have to pay Rs. 151900 per year .


But in four years, roughly it'll cost you around Rs. 680000 including all the extra charges apart from tuition fees.

Hello, both are good colleges and since, you have mentioned your two options.
In my opinion Nit Patna is a good choice as it is a Nit and a highly reputed college.
Placements are good and you will have good opportunity for placements and higher studies.

If you are interested in computer science engineering then you can go with RV college.
It's depends on your interest and for which branch you will do better.
