I got a rank of 1094 in comedk 2020 and want to pursue CSE in RVCE or BMS .What are the chances that I can get them?

Congratulations for getting such pretty rank in COMEDK UGET 2020. According to last some years cut offs the closing rank for CSE branch in BMS college of engineering is less than 1000 and for R.V. college of engineering it is less than 500. So the chances of getting admission for CSE in RVCE is very very less or probably no any chances.

But as cut offs may vary year to year and as your rank is also near to the 1000 rank so that you have some chances of getting admission into BMS for CSE branch. You should go through the below link of last year cut offs which will clear your all doubts regarding cut offs.

I got 6,977 rank in KCET and I want to take CS branch in eitjer RVCE, MS Rammaiah, BMSCE. I also pocess some reservations like OBC,Snq and HK. can I get into any of these colleges?

Qualifying marks for k CET for OBC candidates is 40% of total marks to be appeared for exam 180 that is 72 to 80.

For private colleges in Karnataka like RVCE, MS,Ramaiya, BMSCE rules for admission for the qualifying candidates in case it is OBC student is the same.

LNM Institute of information and technology, Jaipur is ranked 194 by NIRF and is a private university with 670 students intake and 82 faculty members. They have all the facilities like gym, cafeteria, hostel, etc. Their communication and computer engineering course is a full time 4 year course with AICTE approval and 120 seats. Their fees is around Rs 11.20 lakhs and have rating of 4.3/5 from students. Their median salary package for BE/BTech is around Rs 8 lakhs.

RV College of engineering, Bangalore is a private university with NIRF ranking of 70. They have total students intake of 1522 and 396 faculty members. Per year fees for comedk students outside Karnataka for BE Program in RV college of engineering , including all charges

Hello,
The totla fees for RV college of engineering through COMEDK for outside Karnataka students would be around Rs 151900 per year. This fees does not include the other charges such as security deposit, lab charges, and others. The extra charges can be found at the time of admission which would be around 50000
For the tuition fees, you would have to pay Rs 601600 for four years.
For hostels, the fees would be around Rs 75000 to 95000.

what about industrial engineering and management from RV college of engineering Bangalore. future scope

Definitely industrial engineering and management has a lot of scope.
In RV college, Last year 60% were placed on-campus with package of more than 4lacs with an average of 6-7 lacs, highest being somewhere around 13lacs. 10% were placed off-campus and 30% went for higher studies or others.
IEM has a lot of scope in future as you will be graduating with both engineering and management profile.

what should i choose between computer science in rvce,bangalore vs cse in newer nits, iiits like dharwad,etc and other gfts

Personally I strongly suggest you to choose nits or iiits over any non reputed private college. Because college tag matter the most when you are sitting for an interview. Don't get worry that how would be new nits or iiits would be like, you just have to focus on yourself and your growth, just make a good ideal in life and follow and finally you will reach your goal.

Is per year fees for comedk students outside Karnataka is 300000 per annum for RV college of engineering BE Program

Dear student,

RV College of Engineering is one of the top most private Engineering college in Bangalore city.
Admissions in RV College of Engineering are given on the basis of kcet, comedk and management quota.

So here are the fees structures for candidates who want to take admission through comedk ranks in BE courses :-

For Karnataka state students -Rs. 601600 for four years

For other state students - Rs. 607600 for four years

For outside country students -Rs. 647600 for four years

But approximately including the other charges the four years fees goes upto Rs. 680000.
So, in 1 year you have to give Rs. 170000 (hostel charges excluded )

RV College has a large and modern campus with smart classrooms, advanced labs, and good Wi-Fi access. The library is huge with plenty of books and e-resources. The environment feels professional, giving students real exposure to quality learning facilities.

College Infrastructure

When I graduated, the ECE building was falling apart. The library was understocked as well. I see they've made improvements recently so its better now. The Wifi was unreliable and the gym was subpar. The labs were well stocked though. The food used to be good in my first year but declined along the way.
