I got AIR 63 in comedk 2019 with score of 150 .. Should i join rvce for cse ?

If you are not getting IITs ,IIITs or NITs then you must go RV with CSE stream.Here you also get exposure and placement opportunity.Placement scenario is quote good for CSE.And your rank is quite good,you deserve CSE or core stream.

Which is better : RVCE Telecommunication engineering Vs SJCE Computer Science Engineering?

With the choices given above between RVCE's Telecommunication engineering and JSS's (formely known as SJCE) Computer Science, I would like to strongly suggest you to go for JSS's computer science. JSS is one of the top engineering colleges in Karnataka which gives strong competition to RVCE in every aspect. JSS's computer science will provide you good placement opportunities and knowledge. I got 2k in comedk 2019 can I get mechanical engineering in rv college of engineering

Hey there,

With this much score in Comedk examination your chances of getting the RV College and Ms Ramaiah is high. You will easily get the mechanical engineering branch at both of these. I will suggest you to apply for other branches like EEE and ECE also as a backup option.

I got 9926 rank in comed k uget exam can I get mechanical in rv college of engineering

Hi ashish,
As you have got 9926 rank in comedk which is really good rank. RV College of engineering is one of the best colleges in Karnataka
according to 2018's closing rank in round 2
for mechanical it was around 3371.
But you can try as closing rank may increase
never lose hope
you can try in other good colleges too
like MSRIT, BMSIT,BIT,MVIT etc.
there sre chances that you can get in these colleges
i hope you get in one of the top colleges and be successful and happy with mechanical engineering

Huge congratulations on that rank! The cutoffs of COMEDK 2018 in MSRIT was:

CSE 450

ISE 800

In BMS cutoffs were: CSE 971 ISE 1696

Hey there,

You can get the EEE branch at rv College and bms College. I will suggest you to apply for CSE in Rit and pesit. You can get CSE at these colleges. If you want the top college then go with the rvce option.

I got 7628 rank in comedk can I get any branch in RVCE

First of all congratulations on securing good rank in Comedk exam. As per your rank you will be able to get RV College of engineering but you will not get CSE branch or ECE branch rather than that you can get civil engineering, chemical engineering, bio-technology. Hope it helped you.

i got 4611 rank in comedk can i get electronics branch

Hi aspirant,
RV College of Engineering is one of the top colleges to take admission via COMEDK, and hence has a very high cut-off. The cut-off for ECE was around 850 and EEE was around 2,500 last year. This year's cut-offs are also expected to be similar. So given your rank, you will not be able to get admission in electronics.

For RVCE,BMS,and MS Ramaiya you have fewer chances of getting CSE branch.
There are good chances for you to get CSE in PES, south campus.

RV College has a large and modern campus with smart classrooms, advanced labs, and good Wi-Fi access. The library is huge with plenty of books and e-resources. The environment feels professional, giving students real exposure to quality learning facilities.

College Infrastructure

When I graduated, the ECE building was falling apart. The library was understocked as well. I see they've made improvements recently so its better now. The Wifi was unreliable and the gym was subpar. The labs were well stocked though. The food used to be good in my first year but declined along the way.
