If you are not getting IITs ,IIITs or NITs then you must go RV with CSE stream.Here you also get exposure and placement opportunity.Placement scenario is quote good for CSE.And your rank is quite good,you deserve CSE or core stream.

As you have got 9926 rank in comedk which is really good rank. RV College of engineering is one of the best colleges in Karnataka
according to 2018's closing rank in round 2
for mechanical it was around 3371.
But you can try as closing rank may increase

CSE 450

You can get the EEE branch at rv College and bms College. I will suggest you to apply for CSE in Rit and pesit. You can get CSE at these colleges. If you want the top college then go with the rvce option.

College Infrastructure

The campus is beautiful ngl. Green spaces everywhere, clean corridors, and the auditorium is massive. The labs are stocked with all necessary tools and instruments. Just wish the cafeteria had more options. But compared to other colleges, the infrastructure is definitely top-notch

Honestly the campus is huge and well maintained. The labs have all the latest equipment and the library stays open late which is super helpful during exams. Wi-Fi coverage could be a bit better in the hostel blocks though. Overall really happy with the facilities here.

Greatest option RV college for doing engineering from here
