Hi aspirant,
The cut-off for Chemical engineering at RV College of Engineering was around 8,100 and at Ramaiah Institute of Technology was around 10,800 last year. The cut-off is expected to be similar this year also. So given your rank, your chances of admission are low. However, the cut-off might change, so wait for counselling.
