Your rank must be in 1000 if you are from general category and if you belong from reservation then you will have opportunity to be in top 2500 rank. For the admissions
its around 170000 per annum(onlu tuition fee) excluding hostel.

Contact to the college of RVCE. and don't tell that you want to join another college. Try to take out your documents and fees. Give some strong reason so that college authority can understand your lie reason. like medical reason but with the medical certificeted so that they can trust you.
Make sure the reason will be strong. It it happen then college will refund you with the doucments.

RVC eis topmost college under KCET and COMEDK and has excellent placement with 100%chances and average package of 5lpa for Biotechnology engineering and also has very good internships assistance.
PeS university is great aswell but has placements at 90% and average package is 4lpa for Biotechnology engineering and rnake dlower to RVCOe.
Hence RVCOE is recommended.

- 38100/- for students studied outside of karnataka
- 48100/- for students studied outside of India

College Infrastructure
RVCW boasts modern infrastructure with well equipped classrooms, state of the art labs, spacious hostels and abundant green spaces. it provides a conductive evironment for academic and personal growth.
Go for RVCE if you care for placements.

College Infrastructure
When I graduated, the ECE building was falling apart. The library was understocked as well. I see they've made improvements recently so its better now. The Wifi was unreliable and the gym was subpar. The labs were well stocked though. The food used to be good in my first year but declined along the way.
Placements are exceptional but training could be functional

Infrastructure is great with advanced labs, smart classes, and good speed Wi-Fi. Library is among the best regarding offering great resources to students of technology. The hostels are comfortable, but private rooms near campus are also preferred
