Will I get a seat if I have scored 72/180 in KCET and 172/300 in pcm and if so, what will be the fee structure ?

It's little tough because your kcet score is low but at the same time if you lie in any category then there are chances for you to get seat in RV and Dsc
Ok. Which college can I expect to get in, with that score ?
