Eligibility Criteria

B.E/B.Tech

Passed 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as three of the four topics of study, or any examination recognised by the Syndicate of Anna University as equivalent thereto.

(OR)

Passed the Tamil Nadu Government's Higher Secondary Examination in Vocational Stream (Vocational Groups in Engineering / Technology).

For lateral entry admission:

Diploma in Engineering/Technology given by the State Board of Technical Education, Tamilnadu or its equivalent 

(OR) 

Candidates having a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree (10+2+3 stream) with Mathematics as a B.Sc. subjects.

M.E 

Candidates must have obtained a B.E./B.Tech. in ECE/Electronics from a reputable university.

M.B.A

Any degree from a recognised university with a 10+2+3/4 pattern

M.C.A

10+2 level with core mathematics or mathematics / Statistics as one of the degree courses.

Ph.D Computer Science and Engineering

Master's degree in Engineering/Technology with a strong academic record or a Master's degree by Research in Engineering/Technology disciplines with a good academic record are encouraged to apply.

Candidates who have completed the M.Phil course work with a grade of 'B' on the UGC 7-point scale or at least 55% in aggregate (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed)
