The TOMS College of Engineering and Polytechnic, Mattakkara placement cell conducts the four-phase placement training to ensure successful placement of the students. Some of them are personality development, communication skills, leadership skills, time management, GDs, online tests, mock interviews, resume preparation, etc. Industrial visits and workshops by industry personnel are also conducted to keep the students updated about the current industrial trends. The quality of placements provided by the College is top notch.Someof the students are placed with top companies in the state. The college was really supportive in all the placement process and help the students get placed .

The placement is good and the placement cell also takes a lot of effort to get you job interviews. There are a lot of placements if you are a computer science student or if you can pass the coding tests during the interview. Other departments will find it hard to get placed as not many companies come to recruit form other departments.

the quality of placement is good .35% of the students of my year were placed along with me. During my time the average salary placement was at 18000 rs. The placemnet protocal in place is really good the students are sent sms about the diffrent placemnts taking place and also job requirement outside.
