HELLO AKASH
The percentile equivalent to your marks is 98.14939961 - 97.75686494
Congratulations for your result and qualifying JEE mains.since it is very difficult to predict the exact rank but we do have a backup we have a formula to calculate the expected rank that is (100 – Total percentile) x 869010/100.So according to formula your expected rank for present percentile for January session comes out to be 16163 . Now the expected rank might change depending on the no of candidates appearing the april session. For ex if 12 lakh candidate appear the april session then just replace 869010 by 12 lakhs. But if you score above 85 percentile then you have a very decent chance of qualifying jee mains.
Now since the official cutoffs fro college are yet to be decided but let us analyse your chances by looking into the previous year cutoffs data and since you did not mention your category and whether you live in delhi so let us assume it to general category

ALL THE BEST FOR APRIL AND ADVANCE!!

Hello,

On campus placements are conducted inside the campus and off campus or pool campus placements are conducted as per the location given the company. So there is no fix place for it.

companies  are sole authority who decides it. They always prefer famous college in the area which is near to other colleges or stations as the first location to conduct and event.

Delhi University is good in all ways. So most of the placement might get conducted inside the campus only as a nodal center but that too depends on the company. There is no report given by the officials as these are internal matters.

Hope it helps!

Hello Aspirant.

Yes there are chances that you might get mechanical engineering in Delhi Technical University. As you're from OBC category and also from outside Delhi region so your chances of getting into mechanical stream of DTU are quite high.

You must be eligible for other branches too at this rank.

Best of luck.

Hii Shyam!
There's no such mention of the different states in the eligibility criteria of DTU, Delhi. The eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% of marks in PCM subject combination; or should be appearing for the class 12th board exams. Should have scored 60% marks in Jee Mains and should be in between 17-25 years of age. So, yes. You are eligible for it.
Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Hello Ajay,

The DTU eligibility criteria clearly states that candidate should have obtained at least 60% aggregate marks in physics chemistry and Mathematics also candidate should have passed English.
So with a marks of PCM 45% you are not eligible.
I will suggest you to try for other state colleges.

Hope this helps you
Good Luck

Hi Chandan,

Once you have made the ST certificate then it is valid in the whole country irrespective of the organisation who made the certificate.

And yes DTU provides reservation to SC category aspirants of other state and the % reservation available at DTU for ST Students  are 10 %

Hope this will help, please feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Thank you.

Hii Harish!
Delhi Technological University (DTU) does not accept MAT for MBA programmes. It only accepts CAT scores for MBA programmes followed by the GD-PI round. And then, a final merit list is prepared. You might have mistaken in seeing that. So, it's not true. Hope this helps.
Good luck!

Hello,
Your expected rank will be around 21667.Your expected rank can be calculated using the formula (100-your total percentile)*869010/100
Where 869010 is the total number of candidates appeared in January session.
In April session 1200000 candidates are expected to appear so your expected rank can be calculated by using the formula
(100-your total percentile)*1200000/100
Now your category rank is expected to be around 4k-6k.
In 2019 the cut off for OBC category for other state candidate DTU was as follows

  • ECE: 9920
  • CSE: 5822

So, you have good chances of getting this college. However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

You can predict the colleges in which you may get seat in by using our JEE main college predictor
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor

hello,

You will fill the highest mark you got in the subjects you have attempted twice. Passing year will be 2019. Don't change that. Just fill the highest marks for the subjects in which you appeared improvement exam.

If you fill any wrong details then you application form will get rejected so follow the guideline and rules to fill the form.

You have got such a good percentile and there are many chances you can get an admission in low ranking NIT campus else in government engineering college of your domicile state.

here the link for NIT cutoff:-
