As per your rank your chances are a bit low to get admission through jac Delhi.
But you do have some chances , but definitely you won't be able to make it to the top/best college in Delhi.

Unfortunately, your Rank isn't enough to get you a seat in NSIT or DTU, even after being a Delhi student, your rank is too low to get you DTU or NSIT because even for the unpopular courses the cutoff for DTU and NSIT is less than 1lakh.

DTU is a technology institution which only provides B.Tech and M.Tech courses, you can Do Economics Honors from DTU, you can opt for Economics Honors from Delhi university, but for general students the cutoff of Economics honors in Delhi university is too

Is it good for me to do biotechnology from dtu if I need decent placements after it.

Placements:Placements for computer science engineering, software, IT, mechanical, i.e., core branches, are excellent with almost 60% of the students of each branch getting placed and reputed companies like Amazon and Google visiting the campus each year. As far as the biotechnology department is concerned, the placement statistics are getting better

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure meets all basic needs. Classrooms are big enough, airy, and have functional boards and projectors. Labs are usable and mostly well maintained. The library has enough books and seating space for students. Campus is clean and easy to move around. No extra show-off everything required for studies is available

College Infrastructure

The college's infrastructure is good, but it could be better. Specially, the walls need to be repainted. The building has started to look old and has blackened. Other than that, the infrastructure is satisfactory.

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure of DTU is very good . the campus is 170 acres huge and green. It has one centra OAT, 2 academic blocks, 1 central library , a huge sports complex, 10 boys hostel 5 girls hostel. Many canteens are also there in the campus. The mess food is genuinely good and clean. And the overall campus is also very clean and green.
