For getting addmission in these colleges.You have to score rank nearly 1 lakh.with more than this rank you are not able to get admission in of these colleges whether you are from any category.Also for getting CSE in these colleges you have to score nearly this rank.

I think you should go with the iiest shibpur with the CSE branch, As the trends the scope of computer science brance is higher than any other branch, all these scenario happen due to fast moving digital India and you should not worry about the college.

Go for Dual Degree at IISER if you are interested in Research and have no keen interest in IT industry.

If you are interested in working at some profile in some MNCs and if you are interested in computer programming then go for DTU.

Spot Round counseling in JAC Delhi is conducted only when all the rounds have been finished and there are still vacant seats present. In such cases only, a SPOT Round is conducted. So you can have options for colleges and their vacant seat which you have to choose.

A certificate issued by NCT delhi will only be gone consider for taking admission if you belong to DELHI region.
