DTU takes admission on the basis of the following exams:

JEE Mains

JAC Delhi B.Tech admission

So you can appear in these exams but exam dates is not available for JAC .So you need to appear in JEE mains.

IPU takes admission for btech by  IPU CET.You can

the cutoff marks are differ every year because the cutoff marks are based on no of students participating in the exam and the  difficulty of the paper, for dtu/nsitd/iiitd colleges the competation is every high so cuttoff marks may increase are decrease.
