I'm sorry to say that, with this marks you are not eligible to get admission in the Delhi Technical University. You have to score about 200 to 230 marks in JEE Main.

No, NSIT DU and IIIT institutions do not accept KVPY or NTSE ranks and neither they give special privilages if you clear those exams.

To be eligible to take admission in DTU through JAC you need to score a minimum aggregate of 60% in PCM and need to pass PCM and english subject individually. A minimum marks of 60% in each individual subject is not required, you just need to pass each.
