you'll need 200+ as jee main score to get CS branch in DTU and you've to have above 90% in your board examination.

for NIST,you've to score 220+ to get admission in CS branch,you can refer these links for prediction of jee main 2019.

I'm sorry to say that, with this marks you are not eligible to get admission in the Delhi Technical University. You have to score about 200 to 230 marks in JEE Main.

No, NSIT DU and IIIT institutions do not accept KVPY or NTSE ranks and neither they give special privilages if you clear those exams.
