As it is clearly mentioned that 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi residence candidates.And rest for others. If you are a candidate for Delhi region then your chances will be more to get admission.

Delhi government colleges take admission through jee mains.if you qualify jee mains and have 75% above marks you are eligible to get admission in DTU, NSIT, IGDTUW,IIITD. through Joint admission counseling (JAC) DELHI .Online registration and choice filling will start on or after 15th June 2018

As per you rank secuured in the JEE MAINS(340206)i am sorry to mention that you cannot make into any of the colleges of the DTU or IIIT or NSIT.I would rather suggest you to please try for other private engineering colleges like IIIT bhubaneswar, KIIT,SRM,VIT etc.Also you can

Off course ,you will get admission in m .tech civil branch  in Delhi Technological University.Last week of June first round candidates will be shortlisted on merit based and invited for counseling.
