382 as of in CBSE boards,You are eligible but might not get ad.ission but you can try filling all the councelling.

Is there separate counseling form

For all delhi colleges that comes under delhi University have a separate counselling done as per the schedule go thorugh the website of it for further info.

For jee councelling u have to score atleast 75% in ur board exam

My rank is 246977 in jee mains 2018 and i have s.c certificate then i am able to appear to take addmisson in nsit,dtu.

You are able to take admission but it will be on your jee rank.
As dtu and nsit are good colleges so I think at this rank its difficult to get any seat there though you are s.c.

And because of your %age you can't even get any NIT

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure meets all basic needs. Classrooms are big enough, airy, and have functional boards and projectors. Labs are usable and mostly well maintained. The library has enough books and seating space for students. Campus is clean and easy to move around. No extra show-off everything required for studies is available

My overall experience till now is good

College Infrastructure

The college's infrastructure is good, but it could be better. Specially, the walls need to be repainted. The building has started to look old and has blackened. Other than that, the infrastructure is satisfactory.

DTU is one of the best engineering college in India

College Infrastructure

The Infrastructure of DTU is very good . the campus is 170 acres huge and green. It has one centra OAT, 2 academic blocks, 1 central library , a huge sports complex, 10 boys hostel 5 girls hostel. Many canteens are also there in the campus. The mess food is genuinely good and clean. And the overall campus is also very clean and green.
