Student has to security 60% marks in 12 science subjects and in aggregate. Student has to qualify in JEE mains exam with good marks. Assuming that you belong to general category, last year the cut off rank was 81917 in round 9 for admission to Civil Engineering in DTU (Delhi region- General Category). Hello Aspirant,
You have to attach your OBC caste certificate in JEE MAINS exam registration form also otherwise you will be treated as the student of general category only and your counseling and selection will be done on the basis of general category students cut off and you will be exempted from the benefit of low cut off of your category students.
You can try to attach your caste certificate in the college registration form while taking admission which can be considered hopefully.

At this rank you hold very high chances of getting admission in chemical engineering at dtu because at delhi home state quota with obc chemical engineering seats closes at 298871 in recent years. With 98.62 percentile in JEE Mains 2021 your CRL Rank would be: 14117 - 15870 in this range approximately.
Last year (2020) the cutoff (closing rank) for general category student for I.T branch at DTU was 14457 .
So this is close situation , there are some chances for getting a IT seat at Delhi Technology University (DTU).
