I hope you are doing good. I would like to know you that dtu was upgraded to state university from central university in recent years. From that time onwards for taking admission in dtu one should caste certifcicate issued from state only for taking the benefits of reservation

It totally depends on you which college you might  want to prefer based on different parameters. Both are prestigious colleges for engineer we have in India. Since DTU is the older one it has alumni in almost every coner and well established connectivity.  Whereas IIIT delhi is a newbie.
