see if there is seat quota available for general pwd candidates in seat matrix then you would definitely take admission if your score and closing rank is up to it. however if there is no seat available in seat matrix then you can not get admission in that particular

According to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the branches in DTU as per previous year's cut-offs. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that last year the closing rank was 46953 for PCT branch in

see dtu counselling for btech courses is held by JAC delhi. now there is seat reservation as per category wise. however if your rank comes under clsoing rank you will surely get admission. however there must be seat reservation on that particular category.

With your rank you can easily get admission in NSIT and DTU in both EEE and ECE branches by third round as the closing rank is around 13,000-14,000 for both the colleges

Home state - Delhi/NCR
You will get both the branches , ECE and EEE in DTU and NSIT
Other state regions
You might get them in the later round or spot rounds

see nsut, dtu, IIITD, IGDTUW colleges counselling is held by Jac delhi. counselling is based on jee main score. there is separate seat reservation is available for category wise students, delhi domicile candidates , as well as out side delhi students. however the counselling data is as follows,
Commencement
College infrastructure meets all basic needs. Classrooms are big enough, airy, and have functional boards and projectors. Labs are usable and mostly well maintained. The library has enough books and seating space for students. Campus is clean and easy to move around. No extra show-off everything required for studies is available
The college's infrastructure is good, but it could be better. Specially, the walls need to be repainted. The building has started to look old and has blackened. Other than that, the infrastructure is satisfactory.
The Infrastructure of DTU is very good . the campus is 170 acres huge and green. It has one centra OAT, 2 academic blocks, 1 central library , a huge sports complex, 10 boys hostel 5 girls hostel. Many canteens are also there in the campus. The mess food is genuinely good and clean. And the overall campus is also very clean and green.
