You have not written which entrance exam's rank you have mentioned.
If this is your JEE MAINS rank then, you can get CSE in DTU but in EWS Category. Last year's cut off closing rank of DTU for CSE for general category was 2866, and that for EWS
Delhi Technological University has pretty low closing ranks. In CRL of over 5 lakhs, it is not possible for you to get admission in DTU engineering colleges , not even in spot round.
I would rather suggest to you to look for better alternative rather than waiting for the spot
DTU provides most of the basic facilities and equipment required for the courses provided. The classrooms are big and spacious. Some classrooms, theirs desks, ceiling and air conditioning is better than some of the other ones. But, the overall infrastructure and design of the campus is really good. The campus includes a big sports complex, having volleyball, basketball, tennis, table tennis, badminton courts and football, cricket, athletics ground. It also includes gym, library and much more. There are many laboratories, and they're in a decent condition, all instruments have been provided. The campus remains clean and some places have good food, while others don't have as such.
College consists of all necessities, great infrastructure, all facilities including AC ,smart board, Wifi ,sports centres, gym, hostel, libraries, laboratories, and all of them are well maintained and in excellent condition
Delhi university offers a large network of colleges with libraries , labs , sports facilities and green campuses ,infrastructure varies from college to college however they provide all necessary opportunities
