The permanent campus is a positive step, and you do feel the “institution-building” phase. That said, day-to-day student comfort (hostel/mess/admin turnaround) can be hit-or-miss. Also, the location can feel a bit isolated, which reduces the overall “city exposure” and networking outside campus especially compared to metro-based schools.

He does not want to continue with IIM BG and for diversification of experience wants to choose between IIM Jammu and NIBM. Which one will be better. Both IIM Jammu and NIBM Pune are excellent for the MBA. One thing is that IIM Jammu carries it's own prestigious reputation of being an IIM where as the NIBM Pune has strong connections when it comes to banking and finance sector and the placements are also well
