IIM Nagpur EMBA Admission Dates 2026 

The CAT 2025 answer key was released on December 4, 2025. The CAT Answer Key Objection Window will be open from December 8-10, 2025. If a candidate appears for slot 1, they need to download the CAT 2025 slot 2 answer key; the same goes for slots 2 and 3.

How to Get Admission in IIM Nagpur for MBA?

For admissions to the MBA course, students have to follow the steps below. 

• First, candidates have to register and appear for the CAT.

• Then, candidates who have appeared for the CAT will be first screened for eligibility as per the CAT cutoffs decided by the institute.

• Candidates who meet the IIM Nagpur CAT cut-off and have filled out the application form within a stipulated date will move to stage 2, where the Comprehensive Score (CS) is calculated for all such candidates. 

• A CS-based shortlist will be generated to call candidates for stage 3 - Personal Interview (PI). Candidates who are shortlisted for PI are required to reconfirm their interest in appearing for the PI process of IIM Nagpur.

• Candidates who appear for the PI will be considered for this stage, where the Final Score (FS) is calculated. Admission offers will be sent to the candidates based on their FS.

• Further, the selected candidates will receive provisional admission offers by email. 

• To confirm the admission, candidates are required to get their documents verified and pay the IIM Nagpur fees.

IIM Nagpur MBA Executive Admission Process 

• Candidates have to fill out a detailed application form within a stipulated date on the official website of IIM Nagpur.

• Next, candidates who complete the application form will appear for the screening examination IIMNAT. 

• Candidates who are shortlisted will have to attend the PI. Only candidates who appeared for the PI will be considered for the preparation of the final merit list. 

• IIM Nagpur admission offers will be sent to the successful candidates based on their Final Score. The Final Score will be computed based on the Screening Examination performance, past academic performance, and personal interview.

• Final admission is confirmed after verification of documents and payment of IIM Nagpur fees. 

IIM Nagpur offers two doctoral programmes. The Ph.D programmes offered by the institute are PhD Management and PhD Management Executive. The duration of PhD Management is 4 years. However, the course duration of Ph.D Management Executive is 6 years.

• Candidates are invited to fill a detailed application form within a stipulated date. 

• Then, candidates who apply for the Ph.D admissions process at IIM Nagpur will be first screened for the requirements and eligibility.

• Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for preparing the shortlist for PIs. The shortlisted candidates will be informed by email.

• Candidates who accept the email invitation for PI will be called for interviews. All the candidates called for PI will have to attend area-led PI followed by the programme-led PI. 

• Later, candidates who appear for the PI will be considered for this stage. Admission offers will be sent to the successful candidates.
