May be it is a temporary campus, IIM Sambalpur has a quite good and wonderful infrastructure. Classrooms are well-furnished and air-conditioned. The new classrooms are gallery type. Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the academic block and hostels. Hostels have all the facilities like common rooms, indoor sports, washing machine, geyser, and RO filtered water. Also, there are separate hostels for girls and boys. The rooms were occupied by 2 students each, and they are spacious and well-furnished. But the rooms are not air-conditioned. The common rooms are air-conditioned. The mess is neat and clean, and good food is also available.

IIM Sambalpur has well-experienced and skilled permanent faculty members and visiting faculty members from IIM Indore. There are also faculty members from IIM Calcutta, MDI Gurgaon, and IIM Bangalore. Most of the faculty members have more than 10 years of teaching and practical experience , and few even have teaching experience of more than 20 years. The curriculum is set to gain maximum knowledge in 2 years. Since the maximum credit for a subject is 3, more subjects are included in the curriculum.

The college achieved 100% placements in each year after its inception. In the last placements of 2017, all the students who appeared for placements got placed with an average salary package of 10.55 lacs per annum. The highest annual CTC achieved in 2017 was 60.74 lacs per annum. The medium salary package offered was 9 LPA. In the summer internships of 2018, 59 companies participated in the selection process with a total of 102 offers. The average stipend offered was Rs. 70,078 and the highest stipend was Rs. 1,60,000. Companies like BPCL, HPCL, Philips, Patanjali, Accenture Strategy, EY, Hero, Deloitte, Tata Motors, HDFC, Vedanta, Indian Oil are some of the recruiters visiting for final placements and summer internships.

We are operating from the Normal and temporary campus. May be, we have customised the building to IIM specifications. All state-of-the-art educational equipment is installed in the academic block. A traditional library and digital library are available in the college. There are 3 hostels, and each hostel room is shared by 2 students. There are common rooms for meetings and entertainment. Dance room is also available in one of the hostels. The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The quantity and quality of the food served is amazing, and food items from all parts of India are served to make people feel like they are at home.

All the faculty members in the college are PhD holders. We are being taught by some of the best faculty members here at IIM Sambalpur. We have Mr Prantosh Banerjee sir to teach marketing subjects, and we have BBC sir to teach finance subjects. The quality of teaching is as very good as any other IIM. Some teachers have experience of more than 20 years. They also explain multiple real-life problems and guide us on how to formulate strategies in different situations

Summer placements of our batch are going very smoothly and neatly Many Several big brands have recruited students for summer placements, and they offered diverse roles in different streams. Many startups have also hired students from our batch. Most of the students were already placed in reputed companies. A few students have received multiple offers as well. Final placements are very good this year. New recruiters are visiting the campus for placements along with the existing recruiters. Roles offered to students are much diverse this year when compared with the previous year. Students are getting more choices to select companies.

IIM Sambalpur houses 3 hostels, 1 auditorium, 1 gymnasium and spacious classrooms as a part of this infrastructural facilities. There is a very huge playground adjacent to the hostels for playing football and cricket. Each hostel has a games room which has table tennis boards, carrom boards and other indoor games equipment. The hostels are also have indoor courts to play badminton, volleyball and basketball.

The course curriculum of IIM Sambalpur is of comparable rigour to any of the IIMs, and the course structure of the subjects is extremely application based. The case-based methodology is followed, and it supplements by guest lectures, corporate and industrial visits. The faculty members of IIM Sambalpur are highly qualified. There is a host of electives from all the major areas of management on offer for the PGP-II students. Beside our in-house faculty members, IIM Sambalpur attracts some of the best faculty members from the top B-schools of the country

Our college has a 100% guarantee placement record in both final placements and summer internships. Students are even offered with a few international offers. A healthy combination of all companies from each domain visit the campus for placements. Roles in consulting, government advisory, business development, financial management, risk management, sales and marketing research were a few of the roles offered to the students of IIM, Sambalpur during their summer internships and final placements.

The infrastructure was moderate as we are the first batch. Initially, we faced a lot of issues like internet connectivity, power off, food issues and many more. However, these issues started fading away down the line. A few things are improved and a few are on the verge of being the best. There is no airport in the city.

We have received one of good faculties present in our country. Our mentor college never compromised in helping us with best the faculties. The curriculum was followed similar to that in leading IIMs, which helped us to participate in various events. The faculty members travelled to various corners of the country to take classes, which was the awesome i think.

Since we were the first batch, hence, various issues were faced while pitching for placement to the corporates, as we had no identity in the market. But ,after consistent effort, we got opportunities in a very few good companies. The mentor college did not help much in this area, which hit us badly.

Development of the infrastructure is ongoing. Wi-Fi facility, library, and Bloomberg facilities are good and available. The quality of the classrooms and labs is world-class. There is a proper arrangement of both mess and canteen. I can assure that 2019 will be heaven for any student studying in IIM, Sambalpur.

There are teachers from various industries with such a good experience from the industry, and that helps one to get knowledge of the industry in real-life too. Teaching methods were mostly case-based and simulation-based. The course curriculum is very sufficient to get knowledge of management.

The average placements of my senior batch were quite very good. The highest salary package offered was around 60 LPA, and the average package offered was around 11 LPA. The prominent recruiters were Accenture, Cognizant, and many much more. Everyone got placed in the roles they wanted in the internships.

Basically,the campus is a temporary one, but the permanent campus is under construction. Now, the classes are being conducted in Sambalpur University campus. Proper rooms are allotted for every student. Classrooms are spacious enough and air-conditioned and very peaceful rooms.

The teachers are quite helpful,highly qualified and skilled.They are available to clear our doubts. The methods used for teaching are focused on blended learning, where you get to learn inside and outside the classroom. The course curriculum is well structured and relevant to the modern industry.

Placements in our college are very good. Additionally, you will get an IIM tag. The college has 100% placement records with the average package increasing every year. Everyone can get a summer internship too and it's quite a good thing. The summer internship recruitment is just started, but many of the students are already placed.

We don't have a permanent campus as of now but the facilities available in our temporary campus are excellent and good. State -of- art classrooms, fully equipped library, spacious hostels and entire campus is wi-fi enabled. The quality of food offered was great.

We have both permanent and good faculty. Faculty is extremely experienced. All of them are Ph.D. holders. The curriculum is very rigorous. IIM Indore was mentored by IIM Indore. Their curriculum is followed. The faculty is very helpful. Both case base methodology and classroom lectures method of teaching is used.

IIM Sambalpur offers 100% placement every year. In 2017 average salary offered was 10 lacs whereas the highest package offered was 60 lacs. Summer placement went very smoothly as well with average salary of 50000. Top recruiters are included like Deloitte, HDFC, SBI Life ans many others.

Hostel rooms have Wi-Fi, water cooler, a washing machine, etc. Food served is good for non-vegetarians but Below average for vegetarians. Classrooms are excellent, and there is a huge library and database. Rooms have a balcony with a hill view. Hirakund Dam is near to our hostel that makes it a very beautiful and peaceful place.

Faculty members in our college are very skilled and helpful. They are available all the time and you can contact them even on WhatsApp. They all are having experience of more than 10 years and are very knowledgeable, and are experts in all the domains.The course curriculum is very vast to make us industry-ready, and helps us to understand real-life business problems.

Almost, we secured 100% summer placements, and for the batch of 2019-21, we secured 100% final placements. In the current year, multiple brands participated in the placement process despite the process conducted during the pandemic.

Infrastructure of the college is good. There is Wi-Fi in classrooms, library, and hostels. Overall, the campus is beautiful. There are facilities for students like they can access gym, go for sports, and also medical facility is available. Mess food is also good, not the best.

Professors in campus are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Course curriculum is relevant as operation students go for industry visit which makes them industry ready. Passing percentage is 80% in end term exams. Overall, professors are helpful too.

IIM sambalpur is a well renowned college in sambalpur. In our college, 99% of students are placed and this year average package has also increased. The lowest package offered was around INR 8.5 Lacs and the highest was around INR 24 Lacs p. a. Top Recruiting companies were DE Shaw, Accenture , Deloitte etc. Roles offered were Consultant, Management Trainee. 95% of the batch got the internship from the college itself. Average stipend was around 20k per month.

The infrastructure of Indian institute of management sambalpur is very well. There are various blocks of our college, and various infrastructure facilities are available here. I have not faced any infrastructure issues in IIMs. The playground of IIM is very well, and various games are held in our college every year.

There are various faculty members in Indian institute of management sambalpur as like management, business. Various courses offered here are MBA, BBA etc. Professors of IIMs are the best, and they are teaching very well. They always help us in every situation in the campus and others.

Frequently, many placement drives have held by our college. Various companies visit our college every year. IIM sambalpur is one of the best colleges for placements. In the previous year, many students had placed in various Indian private companies. Every year, many students from our college are placed in MNCs.
