Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination. To get admission in IIT Delhi you need to qualify Jee main examination and Jee advance examination.

Last year the cut off for Biotechnology engineering was 4403 for General  category.

This year you need to obtain a passing certificate only in class 12.

It costs you around 25 thousand . That is not so much high as well. For admission you have to face a tough competition in IIT JAM. Due to tough competition the cut off goes very high as well so prepare hard for that. The fees is very less in compare to other institutes.

To grab any course seat in IIT Delhi is a tough job, to make it out you secure a rank in jee main advanced within 1000 for more chances you to get in IIT Delhi. Our else it will be tough to get. Get your full skills to get it done and also it depends upon the caste reservation. Whatever you must aim to get a rank below 1000 ,for that you must score around 250+ marks.
