IIT Delhi BTech Courses 2026
BTech is the flagship course of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. It is offered for a duration of 4 years. IIT Delhi BTech Eligibility Criteria 2026
Students must have passed Class 12th (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks to be eligible for BTech admissions at IITD. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%. Additionally, students must also have valid JEE Advanced scores as per IIT Delhi BTech eligibility criteria.

For Genera[/OBC/GEN-EWS (Famity lncome above 5 Lakh) the tuition fees for BTech is Rs 1,00,000. One-time fees for the IIT Delhi BTech programme is Rs 8,150. IIT Delhi hostel fees for the BTech course is Rs 8,600 for the academic year 2026-27. Amount paid to JOSSA towards institute fee is Rs 25,000 (For SC/ST/PwD, the fee is 10,000). The total IIT Delhi fees for 4 years BTech course is Rs 8.55 lakhs.

College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of indian institute of technology Delhi is very good and one of the main attraction of the college. The campus is very big, clean and well maintained, which gives students a good environment for study as well as other activities. The library is also very good and have a large collection of study material.
