Admission to MDes Program at IIT Delhi is conducted through CEED. Many other participating institutes as well take admission for MDes course through CEED like IIT Kanpur, IISc Bangalore, IIT Hyderabad, IITDM Jabalpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT Bombay to name a few.

There's no age limit for this.

With 82.92 percentile in CAT and as you have mentioned your academics and it is more than average and also your work experience will be beneficial for you,there are some chances that you will get call from these colleges.It all depends on the sectional cut off in all 3 sections of CAT.

Admission to IIT Delhi happens through JEE Advanced. For appearing in JEE Advanced, you need to qualify JEE Mains first, i.e. you should be in the top 2.5 lakh students. For getting a seat in CSE in IIT Delhi, you should be one of the top rankers in the exam. The category wise cutoff rank for CSE in 2019 (gender neutral category) was as follows:

• General: 93
• EWS: 12
• OBC: 65
• SC: 39
• ST: 19

Now it is difficult to tell the exact marks as the marks vs rank data varies year to year depending on the level of the question paper and performance of the appearing candidates. Although you should be one of the top performers to grab a seat in CSE in IIT Delhi.

To secure a seat in computer science engineering in IIT Delhi is a good idea.to make sure this you have to aggregate minimum of 80% in the examination so that there are more chances of getting rank below 30 . Thus you can secure a seat in IIT Delhi computer science and engineering.

No, there will not be any problem because many candidate prefer to choose one state to study while there home state is different and so does the certificate is from Home state so if you have the domicile of Bihar and your certificate is from Government authorised then you don't have to worry for the counselling.

see gate and ceed exam is not for you as you are in 11th , gate or ceed  exam can be attempted  by candidates who are already graduate or in final year of graduation in relevant discipline.

as you want to take admission in iits, you need to apply for uceed exam which is the undergraduate design entrance of iits, also you need to apply for jee main exam, which is the common entrance test of engineering, basis on jee main score candidates may appear in jee advance exam, which is the gate way entrance exam of admission in iits for btech courses.

The maximum marks for JEE advanced is not fixed and it keeps on changing every year therefore it is hard to tell you how much marks you need to have to get a seat into Indian institute of technology Delhi.

but what remains same is rank to have a sit into IIT Delhi for computer science and engineering you need to have less than 150 rank in all India if you belong to general category.

As you have secured a average percentile score in CAT. And to get other IIM , you need to have a CAT percentile of 95+. As you have secured only 82.26 percentile in CAT you would only get call from other institutes. On the percentile secured by you in CAT Exam , you will get some good colleges. After the declaration of the result the merit list will be made  to call the candidate for the interview round.The merit list comprises of your CAT percentile, your graduation marks, your work experience, your 10th and 12th marks. You would get a call from the above institutes.

The Indian Institute of Technology is the most reputed college in the country for Engineering. To gain admissions, you need to first pass your 12th standard will 75% or above and with PCM as your main subjects. Then, you need to answer JEE-mains, which is one of the most competitive examinations in the world. After you clear Mains, you will have to  answer JEE-Advanced. IITs take admissions only on the basis of Advanced scores. A rank of 2500 and lower is considered safe for IITs.
