They sometimes announce increase number of rankings for their convenience as they need to take buffer for some seats because some students may cancel their admission .

The chances of getting admission in top IITs is very less with your category rank. The prediction is made considering the previous year closing ranks and it may vary this year.

College Infrastructure
The campus boost modern infrastructure well equipped lapse smart classrooms Wi-Fi exchange medical facilities gym and hostel modulations modern classrooms with smart boards and good ventilations high speed Wi-Fi across campus well Wikipedia science and computer lab

Infrastructure of the college is nice. Classroom is neat and clean, in class room Wi-Fi and smart board present. College are having good books in library where student can sit and study. College canteen is hygienic and clean.
