IIT entrance is based on JEE ADVANCE and not JEE MAIN

Yes you have to select specialization even while filling out application form for IIT delhi.
To get admission for M-Tech in IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) Delhi a student must give GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) Exam.
Every year it is either organized by any of the IITs across India or IISc (Indian Institute of Science) Bangalore.

It would be tough to predict the exact marks as JEE Advance Exam pattern changes every year. But try to score more than 55-60 % as a General category to get into IIT Delhi.

Rakesh it may be or it may not be because sometimes it depends upon the management as well if that particular Institution. According to my suggestion you should directly go and meet with your management staff of your respective IIT premises then surely they will further assist you

The college infrastructure is well-developed, with spacious classrooms, modern laboratories, a rich library, computer facilities, clean surroundings, and comfortable spaces that support effective learning, creativity, and overall student growth.
Great campus , unforgettable college experience.
College Infrastructure
Campus is big , clean and green. Classroom labs and library are excellent, wifi works little bit slow but it’s fine and sports facilities are great , hostels ate old but in good condition overall infrastructure is good .
