Considering the minimum variatioms in cutoffs this year , you have very decent chances of getting a seat in economics in. IIT Kharagpur . If not in first round , have hope for the further rounds.

How many marks are required for a SC candidate to get IIT KGP, Mechanical Branch ?

for SC you required to get oprning rank is 883

And closing rank is 1370 in IIT KGP, for Mechanical Branch.

Can I fill choices in JOSAA 2018 for B.Arch through JEE Mains paper 2 and JEE Adavanced AAT simultaneously( jee mains paper 2 rank = 201)?

Yes counselling for Both Jee Mains Paper2 and AAT shall be conducted by JosAA.

AAT results expecte on 18th June 2018.

Counselling thus shall tak eplace post that for IITs and NITs and CFTIs.
