Sorry but as you are a diploma holder you cannot get direct admission unless you appear for any entrance exam like LEET or JEE .

How much marks should i score in JEE ADV to get CSE in IITB or in IITK (for SC candidate) ?

To get CSE in IIT B or IIT k u have to score atleast 75 to 80 %of total score of JEE advanced papers. Best wishes for JEE advanced.

Can I become a Lawyer after taking my LLB Degree from Rajib Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law in IIT Kharagpur ?

U can get details online if u visited the IIT kharagpur website sooner.
As far as, LLB Degree is concerned u should consider public prosecutor for practice in lawyer.

Then are fair chances in getting IIT. But you need to qualified jee advanced. Jee advanced score is used for getting admission in iits.You have a good chance to get good branch also.
