I'm afraid, i would have to say no to it. since the only way to enter the prestigious IIT's is through JEE, you better share the JEE score to be analysed by for your potentials. all the best.

See your gate score is good but for iitkgp there is 50-50 % change of your admission in the agriculture engineering (farm machinery and power). You can take a chance most probably you can get into it for this particular branch.
