Since you are getting IIT as well NIT eventhough BITS But if you look inside you are getting good core branches in NIT'S IU/ BITS rather than IIT

Since you have a lots of sweet for your carrer. You have all around opportunities. Coming to the point of college. If you look your Mains rank you may able to get a good NIT'S but if you want the tag of IIT you can also get that

Both the colleges are good. They have outstanding ratings. If you want to choose one you can go for IIT Ropar it has better placements.

Why IIT ROPAR is conducting mtech admissions for only computer science and electrical? What about mtech admissions for mechanical branch?

unfortunately, they are not offering any courses currently on mechanical engineering and they are offering the master of science not master of technology.

IIT Ropar has a beautiful and well-maintained campus with modern classrooms, advanced labs, a spacious library, fast Wi-Fi, and excellent sports facilities. The hostels are clean, comfortable, and provide all the basic amenities. Overall, the campus offers a great environment for both learning and personal growth.

I have done my Btech and Mtech in same IIt through professor refferals,They are very supportive even if you dont get any company placed they offer you mtech in the same college which is very helpful and thanks to professors

I am currently studying Mtech and I felt this college is so good in terms of infrastructure weather it may be academically or infra wise, the college gives good Teachers ,students and professors ,They are very friendly and cooperative in terms of studies.
