Every IIT has it's own advantage and disadvantage. According to me, Bombay IIT is better to pursue CSE. The chances of placements are far better here than other IITs. You'll get to learn diverse aspect of CSE here. However, these my personal opinion. There is 100% placement records

The college labs are well equipped with appropriate equipment for the respective courses offered to the students. The library is also very spacious and easily accessible to the students. The sports facilities are top notch which help student to maintain there physique as well as there hobbies.
This college has been good for me overall. Academics is one of the best in this whole country. The infrastructure supports students with academic research very well and gives oppurtunities to get ahead of other students from all over India.
