The closings rank for IIITdelhi for CSE last year was 6350 and for ECE was 15659 for general candidate. So you need to have percentile higher than 98.5 to get admission there.

Cutoff for NSIT,IIITD,DTU varies every year because there is a separate board which counduct counselling. And the number of institute participating it is only four. These college have high percentage of seat reserved for students of delhi. So cutoff depends upon the performance of delhi candidate in jee main.
