Any rank above 5000-6000 would have very little chance of getting govt  colleges. With a rank of 29638 you would be eligible for some of the private colleges. Hope it helps.

               With obc rank 1500,you have very less chance of getting any stream in JU. Still you are adviced to try till the spot round admissions because miracle can happen anytime. HAd it been your CRL rank 1500 with a obc category you would have got all the streams
