No you cannot get EE with this rank as the closing rank is under 500 for EE at jadhavpur university.

Since you fall into a category so that will be considered first by the college you take admission in. So you have to enter you OBC-NCL/ OBC-A/OBC-B whatever category it is into the college predictor site.

You have secured a very good rank although you may miss CSE by few ranks because the last year closing rank was 609 for OBC-B but you can take up IT which is almost equal to CSE.

Well, i think you will be able to crack it as the required rank should be between 500–700 bracket, so you can be certain of getting electrical engineering . For that your marks should be around 105–110. Well , depending upon competition level and the question paper, the mark-rank relationship
