JU only accepts score/rank of WBJEE to provide admissions in B.tech . As they don't consider jee mains rank .

My jee mains rank is 85000 and I belong to Obc .will I take admission in jadavpur university???

Hi dear,

Sorry to say you can not get admission in Jadavpur University with this rank in OBC category. Previous year closing rank in JEE mains for OBC category was less than 6500 in core branches. Try for other colleges or private institutes.

No, first of all let me make it clear that you cannot join Jadhavpur university by jee mains score as they require WBJEE score to admit the students the admission in the above mentioned college does not require jee mains or jee advanced score.

College Infrastructure

Considering its reputation and ranking the infrastructure is poor. Few toilets are unusable. We don't really have any kind of sanitary machines, not even a medical shop in university campus (fyi we have a whole sbi bank in the campus).

One of the Best College in India.

College Infrastructure

The University is built on fifty to sixty acres land. In our physics department we have three buildings one is for undergraduate and the other is for post graduate and another one is for both undergraduate and post graduate.We have labs for students of both undergraduate and post graduate that include Optics lab mechanical lab and electronics lab. Our department also has a canteen. We have a library for physics department that contains variety of books like Mathematics books, physics books, and a few collection of computer science books.
