Can i get NSIT/DTU COE/IT/SE. I am defence quota priority 3 candidate and i got 140 marks in jee mains 2019

First of all congrats for your good score of 140 not bad but still more please improve your score in april session and as of now jee mains is not yet released the offical cutoff so we should wait for exact cutoff till the april session is completed and also as your information is considered and defence quota i hope you will get the good NIT

please tell me whether i can get COE/IT/SE in NSIT/DTU or not. Defence quota priority 3 outside delhi 140 marks in jee main 2019
