IET is very good option in comparison AKG . Main benefit in fees because IET Lucknow is gov.college and AKG is private.In placement AKG is good for CS/IT branch mainly but in IET many companies also come and placement is good.if you want to qualify GATE ,CAT then IET is

you can only take admission at low rank if you are category student. other option is management quota seats. you can contact college administration for these seats.
