As per the last year cutoffs and counseling process rounds you have to minimum score 70% so that the cutoff will doesn't matter for you will have the opportunity to got your particular seat in that college of your prescribe branch.

It would be difficult for you to get CS or IT at this rank until u have Sc/St quota.But If u really want to take admission in JSS ..they have management quota too.Talk to their officials.CS would be expensive i think due to huge demand.
